About The Role:

15–20 hrs/week | Remote | Start: April 1, 2026

We are looking for a freelance specialist to support content quality, translation and operational workflows for our eCommerce activities in the Netherlands and Dutch-speaking Belgium.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and refine Dutch/Flemish content; ensure accurate and customer‑friendly messaging
  • Run quick pre-launch quality checks and support translation/adaptation requests
  • Provide light market insights for NL/BE
  • Support or assist the Brand Media Manager with operations (partner communication, creator orders" seeding, promo code..)

What You Bring:

  • Excellent Dutch writing and proofreading skills (Flemish a strong plus)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work with multiple internal teams and external partners
  • eCommerce experience required; fashion/beauty a plus
  • Experience with localization tools (e.g., Smartling) is beneficial
